iPanic will simulate a Mac OS X kernel panic.
For added realism, during the simulation application switching, force quit and exposé are disabled, but you can quit with Command-Q.
You can tweak the time iPanic will spend bouncing in the dock, and the time between the screen freeze and the dimming starts by editing the PanicBounceTime and PanicFreezeTime values in the application bundle's Info.plist file, located in iPanic.app/Contents/Info.plist. These values are in seconds, but you shouldn't use very low values for PanicFreezeTime because it can prevent the menu bar from being hidden in time. For more extreme tweaking, the source code is included.
Double click to run, or set it as a login item on your victim's Mac.
iPanic will run natively on Mac OS X 10.4 or newer, on PowerPC and Intel.
